Unboxing Video Requirements:

• Video must start from the sealed package
  
• No cuts, edits, pauses, or transitions
  
• The issue or damage must be clearly visible
  
• Video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery
  

Without a valid and compliant unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted, even in cases of major damage.

3. Our jewellery should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.

4. Store your jewellery in a muslin pouch provided with the packaging to keep its shine intact.

5. Keep your jewellery away from perfumes or any alcohol-based substances.
